Here’s a few things you may like to do to remind the world of the escalating threat of the 25,000 plus armed nuclear weapons around the world today. Take a moment in remembrance. Read the inspiring story of Sadako. Sign the the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN). Spread the word about the Canadian Department of Peace Initiative. Check to see if your city has signed onto the Mayors for Peace campaign. Learn how VOW has been working on the abolition of nuclear weapons since 1960. Educate others by distributing VOW material.
